This steamer broke after maybe 6-months worth of occasional use. No steam no nothing. It never worked that great when it was functional. DO NOT BUY. I bought this product at BBB and thought at the time it was pretty expensive. Totally not worth the money. Very disappointed.

I've had this steamer for approximately 4 years. It just recently stopped working and Rowenta was no help in fixing it. I was told all I could do was mail it to one of multiple locations in order to have it fixed. They charge would be between $35-50. I am opting to buy a new one because it has leaked for the past few years and I am hoping that I may find something that will last slightly longer.
